Arcadis branches in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic have changed their ownership with the new name Grinity Prague, April 12, 2022 – Arcadis, leading international design and consultancy company focused on natural and built assets, has decided to conclude its operations on the markets in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic and has agreed with the current management of the Czech subsidiary Arcadis Czech Republic on the management buy-out of the company, including the takeover of all business activities and projects. Effective April 7, 2022, the company newly performs under the name Grinity.

Long-standing members of Arcadis´ top management in the Czech Republic and Slovakia became new owners of Grinity:

“We are only changing the company name. A team with over 100 employees based in Prague and Bratislava remains and continues on the ongoing projects. Grinity took over the comprehensive local clients and project portfolio of Arcadis to implement all commitments towards our clients and continue with the dynamic development of our cooperation. At the same time, we will keep the current successful collaboration with ARCADIS on the existing and new projects in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and the CEE region. We rely on our high-quality services at the international level in project reparation and management, sustainability services and ESG consultancy, Technical and Environmental Due Diligence, Contract Solutions, Cost Management, or technical consultancy and supervision. We cooperate with leading local and international clients who run their business not only on the Czech and Slovak real estate market,” says Pavel Čermák, long-time CEO of the Czech subsidiary of Arcadis and now Grinity.
